Only God knows. Judging from the typical news reports, it seems like you would multipy the number of American casualties by a factor of 12, but it's only when a lot of Iraqis are killed that they make headlines, so you don't hear about the ones, twos and threes that happen everyday.

Sure we have allies, Namibia has recently joined our coalition due to the humanitarian efforts of Brad and Angelina.
